(I promise this is my last political rant)
Politics is important but the availability of coverage and the preponderance of negative campaigning during the fight for nomination, actually leave me totally confused…I like the word ‘confuded’.. It would seem that they are all dishonest, only in for themselves and will do anything to get in office, even if they have to lie about some of the so called information that is put on line and on our TV screens about each other….though I think it is probably true. So Trump a true bull in a China Closet is having a good time saying whatever he wants and in the meantime he may be our next leader. Talk about having a good time!
It says more about our two parties than anything substantial about Trump. People are very angry and tired of being lied to so boldly by those who wish to represent us in government. Trump is the man of the hour because of the sliminess of the others. Well I may be too hard on them, but hey, if it is on TV or the internet it must be true…..right?
I suppose that if I was in politics, I would be unable to be sucked into a system that is world wide that only destroys the souls of those who will lie, cheat and perhaps even kill to get into power. The will-to-power is a heady drug and has as always taken control, which is why I feel that our country is in freefall. I wonder what will happen on the day we actually hit the ground, and one day we will.
I don’t trust any of them. Well maybe Carson, but even then, he is a politician and he can’t win in any case. As a Christian I can still fight become morose, hopefully we will get a new party in one day that will be honest and who actually cares for the people. Or is the statement a political party-who-cares, an oxymoron? All any of us can do is to be as honest as we can be when we vote.
In meantime, I am confuded, tired, and at times wonder if they are all working together and laughing at us behind closed doors. Though I am not into conspiracy theories …..however who is pulling the strings?
